Mike and Stephanie Teague of Prairie City announce the birth of their daughter, Olivia Anne Teague, on Sept. 3, 2008 at Blue Mountain Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long. She joins older brothers, Caleb, age 3 1/2, and Luke, 22 months.

Grandparents are Pete and Jan Teague of John Day, Tom Moisan and Susan Golden of Seattle, Wash., and Marie Moisan of Portland.
