VANCOUVER, WASH. – Anna Eleanor (Hansen) Hopkins, 89, of Vancouver, Wash., died Sept. 6, 2008. A memorial service was held Saturday, Sept. 13 at Ross Hollywood Chapel in Portland.

Mrs. Hopkins was born Jan. 1, 1919 in Long Creek. In 1942, she married George F. Hopkins, who died in 1971.

A homemaker, she moved to Eugene in 1947 and to Vancouver, Wash. in 2002.

Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne M.; son, Charles H.; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
