LA GRANDE – A Girls in Science event is set for 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at Eastern Oregon University’s Badgley Hall.

The program is for girls in sixth- through eighth- grade, and will feature a mystery that the girls are to solve using science-based evidence.

The EOU faculty and the Northeast Oregon Area Health Education Center are offering the event.

The registration deadline is Oct. 3, and the fee is $5.
