The Mount Vernon Rural Fire Protection District is looking for a board member to fill a vacancy. If you reside in the Mt. Letters need to be postmarked no later than Friday, October 17, 2008.

The Mount Vernon Rural Fire Protection District will hold a business meeting, Friday October 24, 2008 at Mt. Vernon City Hall at 6 PM. Meeting is open to the public.
