Barbie Hubbard and Jon Davis of John Day announce the birth of their daughter, Chloe Marie Davis, on Aug. 28, 2008 at Blue Mountain Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds and was 22 inches long. She joins older brother Cameron who is 1 1/2 years old.

Grandparents are Greg and Eva Davis of Antioch, Calif., and Mark Hubbard of Coos Bay. Great-grandparents are Richard and Mamie Collier of Prairie City, and Grace Davis of Antioch, Calif.
