Nikkita Polley of John Day announces the birth of her daughter, Spencer Hadli Polley Oct. 15, 2008 at Blue Mountain Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Grandparents are Bruce and Dawn Polley, and Raymond and Patsy Brooks, all of Rosalia, Wash.; Tom and Kathy Whale of Mt. Vernon; and Van Polley of Murphy Idaho. Other relatives include Uncle Cody Polley and Aunt Jessie Polley.
