BAKER CITY – Oregon Trail Electric Consumers Cooperative (OTECC) is taking applications for the national “Youth Tour” program, which will send four high school juniors to the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Youth Tour in Washington, D.C., June 11-18.

To be eligible, the applicant or parents of the applicant must actively receive electrical service from OTECC. One student will be selected from each of the four OTECC districts.

Those interested in applying should visit their high school guidance counselor or the local OTECC office. The deadline for application is Feb. 2.
