JOHN DAY – The Grant Union girls basketball team will host a basketball camp this weekend.

The camp will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20 and Sunday, Dec. 21 in the Grant Union gym. It is open to all girls fifth grade and older. The Grant Union basketball coaching staff and team will instruct the kids.

Grant Union girls basketball coach Ryan Carpenter recommended the participants bring basketball shoes and appropriate clothing.

“I’m looking forward to seeing and getting to work with our future,” Carpenter said.
