To eat healthy and exercise and lose some weight in the process

My own desire
What is your strategy to staying the course?
I am using an online program- Curves Complete. It aids me in making good food choices and keeps tract what I eat and my exercising. Also I go to Curves four times a week.
What is your secret food craving?
Sweets. I manage to save enough calories each day to have 2 small squares of Dark Chocolate each day. My treat.
The exercise you love to hate?
Push ups, sit ups or any thing I have to get on the ground for.
What is your No. 1 strategy?
Keep on doing what I know I need to do.
