Grant County Geocache “100 DAY A FAIR”

The Grant County Fair, in celebration of its Centennial, August 19-22, 2009, is hosting a 100 day geocache event. Geocaching is an entertaining adventure game using a GPS device and is enjoyed by people from all age groups.

The “100 DAY A FAIR” began on Friday, May 15, 2009 (100 days prior to Fair) and ends at the Grant County Fair on Saturday, August 22, 2009. Finding all 20 coordinates and answering the corresponding questions will take a person throughout much of Grant County.

The first 100 geocachers to complete the 20 questions CORRECTLY and have them turned in by 3 PM on Saturday, August 22, will receive one of 100 commemorative Grant County Fair Centennial geocoins. Everyone that completes the contest is entered into a prize drawing which will be at 6 PM on Saturday, August 22 at the Fair.
