MT. VERNON – All are invited to Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church for silent prayer and meditation times on Friday, Sept. 11. The church will be open from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and 5:30-7 p.m. that day.

This community service is offered in memory and honor of those who died or were injured during the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, as well as those who have died or who served during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and their families.
