Grant County, Oregon, requests proposals from qualified CONSULTING AND ENGINEERING FIRMS, to provide consulting and engineering services for various County Road, Bridge, and Grant County projects. Firms submitting qualifications shall be considered based upon the following general evaluation criteria:

1. Experience, capabilities and technical compe-

tence; record of past performance; & references.

2. Consultant’s availability to the project locale;

familiarity with the project locale and Grant

County Road Department operating policies.

3. Availability of labor and equipment.

4. Preliminary Fee Schedule.

5. Method of approach and project manage-

ment techniques.
