Grant County Extension & 4-H Service District

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Grant County Extension & 4-H Service District, Grant County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006 will be held at the County Courthouse, County Judge’s office, Canyon City, OR. The meeting will take place on the 11th day of May 2005 at 2 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the a budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 4, 2005 at the Grant County Extension office, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 12 Noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

This is a pubic meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
