JOHN DAY The fifth annual Les Schwab and Chesters Thriftway Truck and Tractor Pull on June 11 was a demonstration of vehicle pulling might and entertainment for a grandstand full of fans at the Grant County Fairgrounds.

It also offered the chance for truck enthusiasts of all ages to check out the entries.

A listing of the divvied up purse for winners, will be included in the June 22 issue of the Blue Mountain Eagle.
