What things have been the biggest reward for you since starting the challenge? The weight I have lost, and having more confidence in myself knowing I can lose this weight.
What has been a positive change in your life since starting the challenge? How much more energy I have, and how much better I feel.
What have you struggled most with? Junk food, I’m addicted to it.
A lot of people have hit a plateau, what are you doing to keep yourself motivated? The weight I have lost, How much better I feel, all the support from my family, team and community all help in keeping me motivated.
What has helped keep you on track so far? To be on a team, I don’t want to let them down.
Are you happy to still be on the challenge? Yes, hopefully I can still keep this motivation when the challenge is over.
What are your plans for the final part of the challenge? Keep walking, maybe add some extra miles each week. keep eating the fruits and veggies, instead of so many sweets.
