Nick and Jessica Swagger of Redmond announce the birth of their daughter, Piper Lynn Swagger, at 8:10 a.m. July 26, 2011, at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 19 3/4 inches long. She joins brother, Tanner, 12.

Grandparents are Daniel and Gail Swagger of Portland, and Jake and Cindy Streeter of Dayville. Great-grandparents are Gibb Gregg of Dayville, Sal Streeter of Bruce Crossing, Mich. and Betty Weber of Portland.
