Grant County Fair and Rodeo Queen Sierra Burton rides the route of the Chief Joseph Days Parade in Joseph on her horse, Popcorn. Burton won first place in the royalty division of the parade, held on Saturday, July 30. Following her is a member of the Crooked River Roundup court.
