Piper Stout of Dayville (left) took the Eagle on vacation in mid-August when she and her sister, Stephanie Walters, formally of John Day, visited Walters son, Zachary, in Chicago. They took in a Cubs game Aug. 20, in which the Cubs beat the St. Louis Cardinals 3-0. The Cubs owner was sitting a few rows in front of them behind home plate.
