JOHN DAY The Grant County Farm Bureau will host an open forum meeting in conjunction with the Oregon Farm Bureau on Wednesday, March 21, at the Outpost Pizza, Pub, and Grill.

The event begins at 6 p.m.

Speakers will include Oregon Farm Bureau President Barry Bushue, and American Farm Bureau livestock economist John Anderson.

Federal, state, and local issues will be discussed, including a recap of the recently concluded Oregon legislative session, the NW Environmental Advocates vs. EPA lawsuit, the Oregon wolf management plan, and water quality legislation.

People attending will have a chance to bring their own issues up for discussion.
