Coach Ron Lundbom was impressed with his golfers performance on the challenging par-72 course.
It was on a very tough course that none of them had played before. The kids showed themselves how to think their way around the golf course, and how to keep their scores low, he said. It was a good experience, and a great preparation for districts next week.
Grant Union had 361, trailing first-place team Enterprise, which had a 357. Third place went to Echo with a 368, followed by Cove, 381, and Wallowa, 412.
