To the Editor:

I have no reason to believe that Sheriff Palmer has not done some good things while in office, but when I needed help with a very probable case of animal neglect, he was unwilling to even look into it.  

I know that he acted to help some cattle which were reported in distress, but it seems that he doesnt care to help dogs. In fact, he said he would have to look up the state statutes, which Grant County is supposed to comply with  concerning my issue, but declined to do so. He even stated that, he doesnt do dog calls.

I just feel that a concern is a concern, whether it is his personal priority or not. I was very disappointed.
