Pop Quiz: When was the exterior of the Grant County Courthouse last painted?

Give up? 1977! Thirty-six years is a long time for even an excellent paint job. I remember specifically because, as one of the painters, I sat down in a full 5-gallon paint bucket when the Health Department told me I was pregnant with our first child.

Maybe its time to give the Courthouse a facelift she surely deserves it!
