<p>Proving even a kid can make a difference, 5-year-old Madalynn Grassl of Monument, with Bobbee Hueckman of Cut Above, holds fists full of locks that she had chopped off on Feb. 15 to help out a less fortunate child. The hair – 10 inches worth in two pony tails – was donated to Pantene Beautiful Lengths, who turn the donated hair into wigs for children undergoing cancer treatment. Madalynn is the daughter of Rebecca Grassl of Monument who said, "What a grownup decision. Anyone can make a difference; age is no exception."</p>
