Charissa Chantell Welsh and Joshua Moulton, both of Prairie City, announce their engagement to be married.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Roger and Maureen Welsh. She graduated from Harper High School and Boise State University. She is employed as an early intervention specialist.

The prospective groom is the son of Joleen Vita and Jack Askew. He graduated from Prairie City High School, and is a Bureau of Land Management Dayville Guard Station engine captain.

The couple plan a July 6 ceremony in Kuna, Idaho.
