Lutherans help “feed the sheep”

<p>Francis Kocis, left, from John Day Redeemer Lutheran Church, presents a check for $2,363 to Grant County Food Bank board member Tom Sutton. The money was from donations given by local businesses and community members during the church's 2013 "Feed my Sheep" fund-raiser. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, through its "Care Abounds in Communities" program, gave partial matching monies for this annual fund-raiser.</p>
