HEPPNER Bank of Eastern Oregon is again offering 20 agriculture/businesses scholarships, available to graduating high school seniors in 11 Eastern Oregon counties.

Grant County students in John Day, Monument, Long Creek, Dayville and Prairie City are among those eligible.

Applicants must plan to enroll in college in either business or agriculture programs. Selection will be based on scholarship, leadership and citizenship.

The deadline is Thursday, May. 1

Applications are available from school counselors or at any BEO branch. There are two Grant County branches, in John Day and Prairie City.
