REDMOND – Outdoor enthusiasts will find the latest in sporting and outdoor equipment at the March 6-9 Central Oregon Sportsmen’s Show and Boat/RV Show at the Bank of the Cascades Center and Deschutes County Fair & Expo in Redmond, 3800 SW Airport Way.

The event features extensive resources on fishing, boating, shooting sports, hunting and camping, including outdoor tools, tips and gadgets.

Visitors can also browse the boats, campers and tent trailers as well as camping and backpacking equipment, optics and outdoor clothing.

Other features include the Head and Horns Competition, the Kids’ Trout Pond and the X-Treme AirDogs competition.

The Sportsmen’s Show is open 12 p.m.-8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, March 6-7; 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday, March 8; and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, March 9.

Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for juniors (ages 6-16) and children 5 and under are free. A two-day pass is $15. Parking is free.
