JOHN DAY – The Oregon Department of Forestry still has some Ponderosa pine seedlings to give away.

The agency had distributed most of its stock of 10,000 seedlings in a give-away last week, but a few people wanting large orders later decided they were unable to take them. People who want the seedlings can call ODF at 541-575-1139 to arrange to pick them up.
