Taylor Wilson and Kelsi Livran

Kelsi Arlene Livran of John Day and Taylor Karl Wilson of Ontario announce their engagement to be married.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kathleen Moulton of Windsor, Colo., and John and Elaine Livran of John Day. A 2009 graduate of Grant Union High School, she will graduate from Treasure Valley Community College on June 13, with an associate’s degree in nursing. She plans to earn her bachelor’s degree in nursing form Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho.

The prospective groom is the son of Tracy and Jana Wilson of Ontario. A 2009 graduate of Ontario High School, he graduated from TVCC in 2013 with a degree in ranch management. He is the owner/operator of T3 Custom Haying.

The couple plan an Aug. 30 wedding in Fruitland, Idaho.
