Jay and Wendy Burril of Prairie City announce the birth of their daughter, Brooke Eva Burril, on April 23, 2014, at Blue Mountain Hospital in John Day. She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces. She joins brother, Brett Fay, age 3
