To the Editor:

We are writing to applaud Robert Waltenburg, Tim McCloskey and everyone who worked so hard to make sure the offices that lost their Internet and/or phone service because of the fire were back up and running as quickly as possible. 

All of their hard work made it possible to restart the lost services by Thursday afternoon, which is an amazing feat. As the County’s IT service provider, they have always been willing to go above and beyond what is expected – and they have, once again, done just that.

We would like Robert, Tim and all those involved to know just how much we appreciate them!
