The school usually holds a carnival in the springtime, but this year PTA members decided to try a Halloween version.

PTA president Brad Williamson said Oct. 24 event was one of the school’s most successful carnivals, judging by the large crowd attending and the kids, and adults, dressed in costume.

Several volunteers helped with the event, including the 14 booths – a TP Toss, a pumpkin hoop toss and a cake walk were among the choices.

New this year was a haunted house set up in the cafeteria.

“They seemed to have a lot of fun with it,” Williamson said. “There was a lot to do and it was crowded.”
