JOHN DAY — Grant Union wrestler Clay Johnson received the Outstanding Wrestler Award at the Feb. 13 1A/2A Special District 4 Tournament, sharing the award with Jaydon McKay of Elgin.

Coaches at the tournament, held at Grant Union in John Day, voted on the winners of the award.

Three Grant Union wrestlers, Johnson, Antonio Dancer and Andrew Copenhaver, qualified for the state wrestling tournament, held all day on Friday and Saturday at Memorial Coliseum in Portland.
