Frances E. Brannan, 95, of Prairie City passed away Sunday, Nov. 12. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at Terrebonne Pioneer Cemetery with Autumn Funerals officiating. Brannan was born in Homer, Illinois, Feb. 11, 1922. She moved to Lakeside, California, in 1947 with her husband, James, and then to Grants Pass in 1960 and to Redmond in 1984. She lived there until 2013 when she moved to Prairie City to live with her daughter, Mary Brown.
