Former John Day resident Orville C. Casey, 86, died in Medford on Oct. 15. He was born Oct. 4, 1933.

Casey and his wife, Darlene, lived in John Day from 1993-98.

Services will be held at Eagle Point National Cemetery at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, with a reception following.
