The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until 10 p.m. Monday.

The watch includes the following counties in Oregon: Grant, Union, Morrow, Umatilla, Wallowa, Wheeler, Crrok, Jefferson, Deschutes and Gilliam.
