To the Editor:

This recall of Lisa Weigum is wrong. Even Bob Pereira says Lisa has done a lot of great things. Bob also claimed this is not about Lisa. Really?

In the Grant County Conservatives website they claim the Parks and Rec District was established to manage the pool. No pool, no parks and rec. They want to dismantle the parks and rec. So any parent out there that has children that enjoy the programs Parks and Rec provides for the community, you better get involved.

Also, I read that Charlene Morris did not comply with Oregon campaign finance laws on the pool campaign and recall effort. Morris herself did not follow public procedures. Imagine that.

Grant County is better than this.

Vote “no” on this recall.
