Richard C. Wilburn, 78, of Long Creek died on Dec. 5, 2022, after battling a brain tumor. A celebration of his life is planned at 1 p.m. Jan. 8 in the fellowship hall of the Long Creek Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 215 E. Main St., Long Creek.
