As 2022 draws to a close, we’ve been looking through the files to put together our annual Year in Review issue. It’s always an interesting exercise, and there are always more stories worthy of inclusion than we have space for in the printed newspaper. The good news there is that we have plenty of space online. So while we may have to cut some of the story summaries for print, you’ll be able to read the whole megillah at www.MyEagleNews.com!
Our news Year in Review stories will be in this week’s paper, and the following week we’ll present our sports Year in Review. We hope you enjoy them both.
In case you missed it, last week’s paper included a Q&A with incoming County Commissioner John Rowell and stories on Dayville School Superintendent Davida Irving, the resignation of John Day Community Development Manager Corum Ketchum, a group of kindergarten Christmas carolers and the outcome of the recent recall election.
As always, I want to take this opportunity to thank our subscribers for their support. We can’t do this work without you!
