Russell “Bud” Carson Griffith, 89, died on June 25 at Blue Mountain Hospital in John Day. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Sept. 2, at 2 p.m. at the City Hall in Seneca, 106 A Ave. A potluck will follow.
