Dauphine “Dee” Turner, 63, passed away at her home on Sept. 1 with her husband, Matt, by her side. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 15, at 2 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene in John Day. Pastor Randy Johnson will officiate. Friends are invited to join the family for a reception at the John Day Elks Lodge following the service.
