Phyllis Turner, 81, passed away at Valley View Assisted Living in John Day on Feb. 4, 2024. A graveside memorial will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, next to her parents at the Canyon City Cemetery. Pie and coffee will be served at 2 p.m. in Mt. Vernon at the community hall.
