Richard “Richie” Colbeth, 85, of John Day, died on Feb. 13, 2024, in Boise. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship, 139 NE Dayton St., John Day, with Pastor Levi Manitsas officiating.
