We’ve heard from some of our subscribers that they’re still having trouble accessing the Blue Mountain Eagle online. Not good! We want you to get full value out of your Eagle subscription, and that includes seamless access to our website and our cellphone app.
We know that navigating online platforms can be tricky. To help solve this problem, we’ll be holding our first-ever “digital office hours” on Wednesday, April 3, at our office, 195 N. Canyon Blvd. in John Day. Stop by anytime between 1 and 3 p.m. that day and let us show you how to get full access to the Eagle online.
Our team will be available to provide in-person support, helping you set up your digital subscription or troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. For best results, bring your smartphone, laptop or tablet with you.
Whether you’re curious about our website features, want to explore the e-edition or need help with our smartphone app, we’re here to assist you. Plus, we’ll introduce you to the unique digital content available exclusively to our subscribers, such as interactive puzzles, multimedia stories and an extensive archive of past articles.
Want to give activating your account a try with written instructions? If you have an email associated with your subscription account, look for the “account” link in the upper right corner, click and register your account. There’s an online directory of help videos to show you how to activate your account, log in to the e-Edition and more at https://eomediagroup.com/docs. If you have problems, our customer service center is full of nice people who can help you — call them at 800-781-3214.
At the Blue Mountain Eagle, we believe in the value of quality journalism, both in print and online. Activating your digital subscription is an essential part of maximizing your investment and staying connected to the stories that matter most to our community.
We look forward to assisting you.
