PENDLETON — Blue Mountain Community College is offering a free retirement planning workshop online.

Aimed at people between the ages of 55 and 70, the class will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on two consecutive Tuesdays, April 23 and 30.

The workshop will be taught by certified financial planners Scott Sanders and Jesse Coffee, the founders of Retirement Intelligence.

Among the topics to be covered are how to define your ideal retirement, how to assess and estimate your retirement costs, how to align your investments with your goals, how to minimze taxes while maximizing income and how to transfer assets to the next generation.
