Letter: Vote for Mark Webb for county judge

Regarding Mark Webb for county judge:

I have known Mark for a number of years and seen his good works in Grant County.

The rebuild of the new airport, director of Blue Mountains Forest Partners, the creation of Bates State Park and other projects that he got finally happening for our good county as county judge. I never did understand why there was a recall effort on him after all the long-overdue improvements he got handled for us.

It seems that the more progress one gets done or even started, the more recalls happen on any pretense at all. Why do we not see and acknowledge those long-overdue finally done or begun, voted in, wants and needs, and then vote them out or recall them for unsubstantiated or totally misunderstood illogical reasons?

Why do our new elected officials then not work with the previous officials on what has been started or been proposed? Follow-through via clear communication and questions and discussion is so very important.

I know that Mark Web would be a very fine county judge, as he already once was. He thinks on his feet and communicates logically and completely with the results to show for it.
