Letter: Vote “no” on recall; keep honest councilors

To the Editor:

Vote “no” on the John Day city councilors recall. These folks are working for all the citizens of John Day. Not just the chosen few. They are honest, hard-working public servants trying to balance the city budget without having the U.S. government taking control of our city because of grants that were spent on operations that were not part of the grant.

Get the facts, not the smear campaign that’s been in our city for too many years. Vote “no” on recall!
