Skate Park Grand Opening: Skate park grand opening slated

JOHN DAY – The grand opening of the Smokey Gibson Memorial Skate Park will be held at 11 a.m. April 7 at the park at the Seventh Street Complex.
The John Day Church of the Nazarene is sponsoring the skateboard team, Skate Church of Portland. Skate Church will provide a demonstration.
