JOHN DAY – Trying to find a way to beat the summer heat? Frank and Kathy Stinnett of Frank Stinnett Plumbing may have the answer for you.

The company has recently become a dealer for the York brand heating and air-conditioning systems. This multi-purpose heating system will keep your home toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and it’s easy on your energy budget, said Kathy Stinnett.

“They’re very, very energy efficient,” said Kathy Stinnett.

The company will give free in-home estimates.

“Our trained installers can have your new York system installed in no time. They can also service or repair your existing heating system,” Kathy Stinnett said. “Our service technician has the experience and know-how to troubleshoot your system quickly.”

In newly installed systems they can put in the Honeywell touch-screen thermostat. This easy-to-use thermostat is fully programmable.

They also install hydronic heating systems.

“These highly efficient systems use hot water circulated under floors to warm your entire house or shop,” Kathy Stinnett said. “It can also be used for ice melt on driveways and sidewalks.”
