Quinton promoted at bank

Bob Quinton, commercial loan officer in the John Day and Prairie City branches of Bank of Eastern Oregon, was promoted to assistant vice president.

Quinton has 20 years in banking, including stints with Western Bank, Liberty Bank, and Klamath First.

Quinton manages the lending duties in Grant County.

He is mayor of John Day and is finishing a term as the president of the Grant County Chamber of Commerce.
